Changes to Cost Recovery Arrangements now in effect

The decision made by The Hon Tony Burke, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to increase all annual fees and application fees charged by the APVMA by 10% has taken effect from today, 1 July 2010.
Levies have not changed.
This change has taken effect by a variation to the 2005 cost recovery impact statement.
Minister Burke previously advised that this is an interim measure and that further changes to the APVMA’s cost recovery arrangements will be considered within twelve months in line with reforms to the operation of the APVMA.
APVMA systems and processes have now been updated to reflect this change.
