Launch of the New APVMA Website

Following consultation with internal and external stakeholders, the APVMA website has been redeveloped and is now live.
Since the last website redesign in 2006, significant changes have taken place in the role of the APVMA, the regulatory environment, and in the expectations of the general public towards government websites.
As a result, the website has been designed with a simplified navigation, including a revised site structure and improved search tool. The new structure ensures key content is easily accessible from all pages.
Technical improvements to the site bring it into compliance with Australian Government and international standards for websites, including the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, ensuring the new site is accessible for all.
Content has been reviewed to ensure currency and relevance, and further improvements to the website will be ongoing.
